Community Childcare Subvention (CCS) Programme
The Community Childcare Subvention (CCS) Programme is to help children from low-income households access quality early education and childcare services. The Community Child Care Subvention (CCS) programme supports parents who are in receipt of Social Welfare payments and who have a medical/GP visit card. The Community Childcare Subvention (CCS) Programme is means tested. We offer places to parents who are in the following bands:
· Band A
· Band AJ
· Band B

TULSA/HSE Limited funding is available towards children’s places where children have been referred by the Tusla/HSE, ie PHN, Social Worker, Family Support etc. Please note that not all children referred are entitled to payment, payment is only granted in severe hardship cases.
